Using motion sensors, force plates, and cameras, we record and analyze an athlete's specific movement for any sport or activity. Using this data, combined with biomechanical expertise, we determine where and how athletes can become more efficient and less injury-prone.
We will come to your practice location and test individual athletes and/or full teams pre, mid, and/or post-season. This provides the coaching team with data for return-to-sport protocols, feedback on season training success, readiness levels prior to training or competition, and more.
Group training sessions or 1-on-1 training focused on athlete's needs (age 7yrs +). We can focus on an array of areas from injury prevention to form and/or speed training. Have a different request? Ask!
