Here, the athlete lands in a much more athletic posture not only with a lot less risk for non-contact injury but also putting herself in a more effecient and strong position for whatever move she needs to make next. This positioning demonstrates improved hip strength and / or better utilization of the strength she already possessed. Next goal is to focus on improved trunk control.
